This has resulted in an extremely rich architectural heritage that today finds itself mingling with new constructions associated with China's economic boom. This book is an in-depth architectural study of an area that has seen incredible changes in the past few years -to its streets, centers and skyline -featuring photography, maps and plans to provide the reader with a comprehensive overview of an evolving city.
